Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Free & Unlimited License

Toolenix provides 100% free client-side software utilities for personal, commercial, educational, and enterprise use with no license fees or royalties.

2. What you're allowed to do

Use every tool as often as you like, for any lawful purpose. Businesses may use our calculators and converters in their daily operations. Teachers may use them in classrooms. Developers may rely on the utilities in their workflows. The output you generate — compressed images, converted documents, calculated figures — is yours, with no watermark and no attribution required.

3. What you're not allowed to do

Don't misrepresent Toolenix tools as your own product, don't attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use the tools for anything unlawful. Scraping the site aggressively enough to degrade service for others may result in rate limiting.

4. Calculators are not professional advice

Our tax, finance, and legal calculators are built for planning and education using publicly known formulas and current thresholds. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Tax rules change, individual circumstances vary, and large financial decisions deserve a qualified accountant, financial advisor, or solicitor. We work hard to keep figures accurate, but we can't guarantee every calculation fits your specific situation.

5. No warranties

Toolenix is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. While we test our tools thoroughly, we can't promise they'll be error-free or uninterrupted. If a tool gives you a surprising result, double-check it — and tell us so we can fix it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolenix and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including decisions made based on calculator outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of Toolenix after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Reach us at [email protected].
